Second most commonly asked question while being on the Whole 30
"What will you do when it's over?"
I have been finished with the Whole 30 now for one week. I really do feel great! Except for feeling overly tired. I've been overly busy too.
I added what I missed the most. a little bit of Dairy & even less Alcohol.
I did not add back in any other foods, oh except I had about ~3oz of white potato as a family dinner-guest. I do not plan to add back in gluten and plan to keep added sugars out of the house.
I have noticed my face breaking out. Sore, stiff feet in the morning (could have been my heeled shoes). Like I said last week I started to feel more tired than usual.
Iām still jacked up about attending the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Combined Sections Meeting (CSM) (@APTACSM) last weekend! I'm also stoked about my Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) program which started this month!
