I started learning about the power nutrition has on our body's ability to heal, and discovered without nutritional support, some of us would never feel better. To be able to provide nutritional services I knew I needed a credible certification. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification through the reputable and accredited Nutritional Therapy Association, I now am well qualified to assist others in their nutritious healing journey. Your individualized program will encourage a whole foods based approach that is especially tailored to your individual needs.  Since you and I might have different reactions to, lets say tomatoes, we have to first find the reaction (i.e. symptoms) and determine if the tomatoes are interfering with your goals, then customize your plan accordingly. What you eat does matter.

Working with an NTP who is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy, will provide you with the unique balance of not only what to eat, but also how to move. Dealing with joint pain, injury, headaches, or even pains from digestive issues can wear you out. Discouraged, trapped in a downward spiral feeling like you can't fix one thing without flaring up the other. Just like your nutrition plan, learn what movements your body will respond best to reach your goals. How you move does matter.
